Renew Script
Use the form on this page to renew your pet’s script. Please let us know which medication is required and any current concerns you may have. For repeat prescriptions there is a $22.00 administration fee.
Our team will process the repeat prescription and will make direct contact if the script cannot be filled or if more information is required.
Please note, that we require 48 hours notice for repeat scripts. Pets that have not had a medical check up in the last 6 months may require a veterinary consultation before we can dispense medication. This is a legal requirement for as per the Victorian Board of Veterinary Practitioners.
